A Clear Vision:

Vision is the key to unity, the magnet for commitment and the motivational stimulus for personal and corporate discipline.

The vision for Teen Challenge of Illinois is to rebuild shattered lives. Our vision is to see men and women, boys and girls, become productive citizens and discover their God given purpose in life.
